Oscar Carnero is our West Texas Operations Manager at Quest EPC. Oscar is known for his commitment to Safety, Quality, and Customer Service in the oil and gas industry. Before joining Quest EPC in 2018, Mr. Carnero performed as an Industrial Journeyman Electrician for various projects. Over his 11 years of experience, he managed many new facility construction projects to include Automation, Mechanical, Process Control from the ground up.
